Hotel Kalliste is located in the center of the Genoese town, on the famous Cours Napoleon. It will drive you to the citadel area and old shady streets.

Start your visit with the Lantivy Palace, located on the Cours Napoleon close to the hotel. The Lantuvy Palace is the headquarters of the prefecture.

You will discover the old port with its traditional boats close to the market, on the Place des Palmiers, called Place Foch. On this square you will find the statue of Napoleon Bonaparte in Roman consul.

The visit will finally drive you to the birthplace of the most famous Ajaccians: Napoleon Bonaparte.

The nearby Ajaccio Cathedral also deserves a visit.

The first white sand beaches located a few hundred meters from the hotel allow you to enjoy swimming in Ajaccio.

From the beach Saint François, next to the citadel, then succeeded by the famous beaches of the Route des Sanguinaires.
White sand, clear water, straw huts and restaurants, as much fun to discover this side of the Gulf of Ajaccio making the city one of the best destinations in Corsica.

The Trottel beach located on the Boulevard Albert 1er, a few minutes from the hotel, is ideal for a day on a sandy beach and dine in a straw hut there.

The Ricanto beach is a three-kilometer long beach located on the airport road.

The gulf of Ajaccio ends up with an exceptional natural site: The Parata area and Sanguinaires islands.
Glorified by the most famous writers, these islands are easily accessible from the city center via the shuttles leaving from the Old Port.
The peninsula of Parata with its Genoese tour can be easily visited on foot.  

Take the opportunity to discover the different beaches on the road Sanguinaires Islands: Marinella beach or the beach of Scudo. You can also spend a day on the beach at Capo di Feno which houses one of the famous known surf spot in South Corsica.

Located at 20 minutes from Ajaccio, the seaside resort of Porticcio is a great place to walk and relax in front of the Gulf of Ajaccio. Here you can eat in different restaurants along the Viva beach.

You will also discover Agosta Beach, Stagnola beach and Ruppione beach. The beach of Isolella is very popular with diving enthusiasts with its high rocky.

The beach of Mare e sole is a must in this part of the coast. White sand beach, it offers a translucent water. The beach of Mare e sole is ideal for children. The sea is sheltered and allows you to walk very far, and many leisure are available: water sports, volleyball and inflatable games on the water.
